Warehouse response to coordinator's conclusion:

**First priority: close the immediate supply gap while flagging the cold-chain deadline for parallel action.**

Given the ~7-tonne/month shortfall against current stock (41 tonnes on hand vs. ~68.7 tonnes/month draw), our first concrete step is to:

1. **Run a stock burn-down projection today** — at 68.7 tonnes/month draw, our 41 tonnes on hand covers roughly 18 days at current pace, not a full month. We need to know the exact date we hit zero if no replenishment arrives, so sourcing/donor relations can work against a hard deadline rather than a vague "before winter" target.

2. **Flag the Northline contract issue to Logistics as urgent, not just "well ahead of expiration."** From a warehouse ops standpoint, we can't plan intake/storage/distribution scheduling for Nov–Dec without knowing if cold-chain transport continues past Dec 15. We'd request Logistics give us a go/no-go signal by end of October so we can adjust storage and distribution planning accordingly.

3. **Warehouse will inventory our own cold-storage capacity** in case a transport gap forces us to hold refrigerated goods longer or redistribute differently — this is a same-week task we can start now, independent of what other teams resolve.

We defer to Sourcing/Donor Relations on solving the tonnage gap itself, but wanted to confirm: does anyone have a firmer timeline than "before winter peaks" for when the 7-tonne/month gap needs to be closed? That will determine whether warehouse needs to start rationing/prioritizing distribution now as a stopgap.
