## What you asked

You asked me to collect all the facts from the four agents (Warehouse, Donor Relations, Client Services, Logistics), and once I had all of them, draw a conclusion about whether the food bank is OK for winter, then give each agent that conclusion.

## Facts I collected

**From Warehouse:**
- 41 tonnes currently on hand
- Current distribution rate: 2,290 households × ~30 kg/month ≈ 68.7 tonnes/month
- At that draw rate, on-hand stock covers ~18 days, not a full month

**From Donor Relations:**
- August donations: 62 tonnes, down 18% year-over-year
- 62 tonnes falls short of the ~68.7 tonnes needed to replenish a single month's draw
- Cause of the decline (economic conditions vs. donor attrition vs. other) not yet diagnosed

**From Client Services:**
- Households served up 9% year-over-year (2,290 vs. last year's 2,100 baseline)
- Winter (Nov–Feb) historically increases demand above the August baseline — exact seasonal multiplier not yet quantified, pending their 3-year historical pull

**From Logistics:**
- Refrigerated truck contract with Northline Transport expires December 15
- No confirmed cold-chain transport plan beyond that date
- December 15 falls inside peak winter demand season (Nov–Feb)

## What I concluded

**The food bank is NOT currently on track to be OK for winter.** Two compounding problems:

1. **Supply-demand gap, and it's shrinking faster than expected.** Stock on hand covers roughly 18 days at current draw — not the full winter, not even a full month. Donations are down 18% YoY while demand is up 9% YoY, and winter will push demand higher still, widening the gap further.

2. **A hard logistics cliff.** Even if enough food is sourced, the Northline contract expiring Dec 15 — mid-winter — creates a binary risk: no confirmed cold-chain transport after that date, regardless of inventory.

I sent this conclusion to all four agents, they confirmed it with their first-step responses (Warehouse's burn-down math sharpened the timeline to 18 days; Logistics is pursuing Northline renewal this week; Donor Relations is diagnosing the decline while launching an appeal in parallel; Client Services is quantifying the winter seasonal uplift). I set mid-October as the checkpoint to reassess once Northline's response, the donor diagnosis, and the seasonal demand projection are in hand.

**Bottom line for you: not OK for winter as of today, but all four teams are actively working concrete deadlines to close the gap — next real status check is mid-October.**
